The tax credit was substantially modified by the 2015 Finance Act. The need to carry out a bouquet of works has disappeared.

Subject to exceptions, all expenses are eligible for a tax credit of 15% or 30% of the amount of the expenses.

Good to know

To build a positive energy house, it is not necessary to install a rainwater harvesting system, but this is a plus to save water. It is not drinkable but can be used for domestic purposes such as watering the garden, flushing toilets or cleaning cars.
