Does a noise bother you? Go see its author to inform him of the inconveniences you suffer. You can also inquire at the town hall to check if there is an order regulating the noise or activity in question (municipal by-laws may, for example, limit the use of lawnmowers). If the building is in co-ownership, it is useful to check the co-ownership by-laws that may limit or prohibit certain noises.
